What the badge means
- ✓ The website controls the submitted domain.
- ✓ External checks were performed against published technical criteria.
- ✓ Server-side information relevant to logging and retention was reviewed.
- ✓ A public verification ID can be checked independently.
- ✓ Each technical check and each operator answer option contributes with its own weight to a 0–100 score.
Weighted score, not pass/fail
High-impact findings such as tracking, fingerprinting or visitor-IP storage carry more weight than minor deviations. Unknown answers receive no quality points and reduce review coverage. The five dots on the badge provide a compact score level; the verification page shows the exact 0–100 result and every weighted component.
Same design, English wording
The English badge uses the same visual design as the German “Wir speichern nicht!” badge. Only the wording changes; the underlying verification ID, weighted score and public record remain the same.
